Agentic Software Development, done the right way.
Specifications, prototypes, MVPs, and lovable products — delivered with AI workflows that real senior engineers own end to end.
What this is
Agentic Software Development (ASD) is our headline offering. It is AI-accelerated delivery across the full product lifecycle, run with two non-negotiables: every project starts from a specification a senior engineer wrote or rewrote, and every agent output is reviewed against that specification by a named senior engineer before it ships.
That is the difference between agentic and vibe. There is no improvisation. There is a workflow with explicit checkpoints.
How we engage — per milestone
You buy one milestone at a time. You can stop at any phase and own the deliverable. No obligation to continue.
| Milestone | Typical timeline | Indicative price |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery — scope the problem, decide if there is a fit | A few days | Free |
| Specifications — co-developed with you; usable to brief any team | 1–2 weeks | €1,500 – €3,500 |
| Prototype — a working bootstrap of the core idea | 1–2 weeks | €2,500 – €7,000 |
| MVP — a real, usable Minimum Viable Product | 4–8 weeks | €9,000 – €20,000 |
| MLP — Minimum Lovable Product, polished and shippable | 8–16 weeks | €20,000 – €45,000 |
| Continuous Agentic Delivery — post-MLP retainer | Ongoing | €1,500 – €3,500 / month |
The Specifications milestone is often a standalone deliverable. A precise, technical specification is itself a valuable artifact — usable to brief any team, not just ours.
What this looks like in practice
Agents handle what they are good at: drafting code, scaffolding, refactor passes, test generation, documentation, boilerplate.
Senior humans handle what matters most:
- Application structure and architectural decisions
- Code review and quality assurance on every agent output
- Manual improvements, corrections, and iteration loops
- Monitoring and tuning of the agentic workflows themselves
No code reaches a customer without human review. No architectural decision is delegated to an agent.
Live proof — Praximos
Praximos is now in live preview. It is a domain-agnostic obligation fulfillment platform: it ingests obligations, routes them to executors, and collects structured, auditable proof of resolution. We built it with the same specification-led, review-bound method described above — and it is the working software we point at when a prospect asks does this method actually produce defensible software?
You can open the preview and see real software, not slides. Praximos is the clearest demonstration that our agentic workflow ships defensible products, not prototypes that stall before production.
Taxisfox — in production today
Taxisfox is a second proof point, and a more mature one: a multi-tenant financial document platform for Greek small businesses, entrepreneurs, and accountants, in production with customers using it daily. Customers upload financial documents; AI extracts metadata; documents flow to the right accountant on time. Multi-organization management, automated deadline reminders, encrypted storage, AADE-MyData integration.
Stack: Django + Strawberry GraphQL + React + AWS Serverless. Claude API for document extraction. Multi-tenant with role-based access. Full Cypress E2E suite.
What you own
- Source code, prompts, workflow definitions, specifications, documentation
- Repository transfer on payment of each milestone
- Runbooks and an architecture note at handover
- A named contact for 30 days post-delivery
No lock-in. No retained access. You can hire any other team to continue.
