n8n workflows that survive production.

Most n8n builds look fine in the editor and break in the wild. We design, harden, and operate workflows that handle real customer traffic, real AI calls, and real failure modes.

Why n8n, and why us

n8n is the most flexible automation platform on the market — open-source, self-hostable, and developer-first. That flexibility is also where most projects fail: a workflow that works on one record collapses on a thousand, and a chain of LLM calls without checkpoints turns silent errors into invisible damage.

We build n8n workflows for production. That means: type-safe inputs, idempotent steps, structured logging, retry policies that respect rate limits, secrets isolated from logic, and an observability layer that tells you the truth when something goes wrong at 3 AM.

What we build

  • AI agents and assistants on n8n — multi-step LLM workflows with memory, tool calls, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. The chat assistant on this website is one of them.
  • Document and data pipelines — ingestion, OCR, extraction, classification, routing, and proof of delivery
  • Internal automations — connecting CRMs, billing, calendars, accounting, and custom databases without writing a backend
  • Customer-facing webhooks — n8n as the back-of-house for SaaS features that should not require a full backend rewrite
  • Self-hosted n8n on your infrastructure — Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS, with EU data residency and audit-ready operations

When you’d hire us

  • You have an n8n proof-of-concept that worked in a demo and is now stuck before production
  • You need n8n + Claude / OpenAI / open-source LLMs orchestrated with real guardrails
  • Your team is on Make, Zapier, or Power Automate and the cost curve has stopped making sense
  • You have a regulated environment (financial, medical, EU enterprise) and need a workflow you can defend during an audit
  • You want the agentic capability without hiring an in-house AI team

How we engage

Per-milestone, just like every other Techthos service. A typical first engagement is:

  1. Discovery (free) — we map your existing workflows and decide what is worth automating, what is worth rewriting, and what should stay manual
  2. Specifications (1–2 weeks) — a precise spec for every workflow, including inputs, outputs, failure modes, retry policies, and observability
  3. Prototype (1–2 weeks) — one full workflow, end-to-end, on your data, running in your environment
  4. MVP / MLP (4–16 weeks) — the rest of the workflow portfolio, hardened for production

You own everything: workflows, credentials structure, runbooks, and the documentation. We do not lock you into a hosting account or a private fork.

Live proof

The AI assistant on this site is an n8n + Claude workflow we built for ourselves. It qualifies leads, captures structured project briefs, hands off to a human, and logs everything for review. Same architecture, same standards, in production every day.

For a larger build, see Praximos — our obligation fulfillment platform, now in live preview, where AI-personalized outreach and structured proof-of-resolution run inside workflows we own end to end. And in production, Taxisfox — a multi-tenant financial document platform that uses Claude for document extraction inside a workflow chain we own end to end.
